ART is an independent loan company funded by its own resources and in part by Advantage West Midlands, that lends alone or alongside the banks or other financers, providing funds for cash flow or capital investment.

ART aims to boost the local economy by supporting enterprise and helping to create and safeguard jobs.

ART has lent over £8m to over 400 borrowers, since 1997, enabling these borrowers to create or protect in excess of 3000 jobs in the Birmingham area.
