Jericho aims to break down these barriers by offering a variety of paid work experience which enables many people to enter the job market with confidence. Eagle Gold Limited was founded in 1996 and provides manned guard, mobile patrol and keyholding services to customers across the UK. Over the years the company which employs in excess of 130 staff, who live and work in Birmingham, has acquired a reputation for first class service and professionalism. Working in partnership with the company's other financers, ART has assisted with the injection of a loan to aid expansion
