What can you do to improve you chances of success ?

Whilst the Business Plan should give a good introduction to your business there are some key areas which need careful consideration.

Make sure you know your own plan- make sure you understand the financials - your'e the one running the business.

Know your market, research the competition, why would people buy from you?.

Ask a 3rd party to read and comment on your plan - someone who knows nothing about your business.

Don't ask for too little - ask for what the business needs, there are always extra costs you haven't accounted for, build in some contingency.

Explain how you have arrived at your turnover figure, be specific and realistic.
