How We Do It
We aim to make it easy for clients to access the funds they need, as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss
We take a personal approach to assessing applications and are always happy to discuss your proposal. Even if we can't help we might be able to signpost you to someone that can.
Our application form is available online and you can either print it out and complete by hand or complete it as a word document.
Our application process is geared towards understanding your business and assessing whether we can help. It gives us enough information to ensure that when we meet - as we always will - that the process moves swiftly.
As you will see from the form there is a requirement for some further information to support the application, which is crucial to the assessment - so please send everything together to avoid any delay.
When the application is received your case will be allocated to one of our Loan Managers and the assessment process will begin. If we find at this stage that further information needs to be provided we will advise you as soon as possible. Once all the information has been provided and assessed a meeting shall be arranged to discuss further.
After this meeting, the Loan manager will prepare an assessment document for the Chief Executive and/or Board Member - we do not hold panel meetings, and the applicant will be advised as soon as possible as to the outcome.
We aim to complete the process, once we have received all the information within 21 working days.
