What can you do to improve you chances of success ?

Whilst the Business Plan should give a good introduction to your business there are some key areas which need careful consideration.

• Make sure you know your own plan- make sure you understand the financials - your'e the one running the business
• Know your market, research the competition, why would people buy from you?.
• Ask a 3rd party to read and comment on your plan - someone who knows nothing about your business.
• Don't ask for too little - ask for what the business needs, there are always extra costs you haven't accounted for, build in some contingency.
• Explain how you have arrived at your turnover figure, be specific and realistic.
