ART welcomes visitors

European Finance Network representatives from Bulgaria, Germany and Spain visisted ART this month to find out more about its model of finance.

Being a pioneer of its type of finance in the UK means that there has always been a demand for ART to share its experiences with interested parties from around the world, which it has always been happy to do.   In addition to the now regular flow of interested UK CDFI practitioners, academics and supporters, ART has recently welcomed academics from Tokyo and a new Community Foundation in South Korea as well as playing host to the representatives from the European Finance Network. 

Steve Walker, Chief Executive of ART says: “the visits have proved to us that we must continue to question Why, What and How ‘we do what we do’.  Snippets of learning arise from others at all times!”
